Promptchat’s contact export to csv feature currently follows the Google Contacts format.
You can easily export your Promptchat contacts (accumulated by your chatbot and/or through manual chat) into a .csv file which you can import directly into your Google account.
The exported file will contain the following data:
- First name
- Last name
- Telephone number and
- Email Address
Validate your data #
The chatbot can validate all user entered data automatically should you choose to request this while building your chatbot;
